This is the pattern screen of INTERDLG (Windows). If a database station, either FM or TV, has a directional pattern it will automatically be applied when you click "Accept" from a reference screen. If you click "Pattern" you will see this screen. Here you can change any of the pattern values and see the azimuth graph change as you enter a new value. You may work in effective field, dBk or in power in kW. You can check your pattern to see if you meet the 2 dB per ten degree rule or you can rotate the entire pattern. As you make any changes in the pattern values you can see the instantaneous results reflected in the azimuth pattern graph. Save your patterns or load then from disk file.
A particularly distinctive feature of the pattern screen of INTERDLG is the user's ability to click anywhere in the pattern azimuth graph and the pattern value on the relevant azimuth will conform to where you click. In this way you can adjust a pattern's field values simply by clicking with your mouse.
