Plotting Signal ContoursTo plot one or more service contours with INTERDLG see the section called MAKE to give the program the information it needs to create a map. In the upper right hand portion of the reference screen you will find a radio button that is used to select whether the study is to be an F(50-10) an F(50-50) or an F(50-90) signal. In the upper center portion of the reference screen you will find two sliders. The first is used to set the signal contour level (in dBu) that you wish to use. The second slider sets the number of contours you wish to draw for multiple contour plots. To plot multiple contours you must select a contour value for each contour number you select. When you are finished selecting the contour values always leave the "number of contours" slider at the maximum number. You can add any number of service contours to an existing drawing by clicking the "Contour" command button and providing the "Add Contours" information INTERDLG needs. |
