Interference Modes

From the main screen click the "Interference Study" radio button. Then click the "Ref #1" command button and enter the reference station's parameters. (For interference studies that do not show the reverse contours, the reference station is always the protected station, consequently its protected contour will be shown on the map while the second station's interference contour will be shown.)

Once you have entered the parameters of reference station #1 click the command button "Ref #2" and enter the parameters for the relational station.

When both stations have been set up, click the "Make" button on the main screen to make your map.

Reverse Contours

INTERDLG normally plots the reference station's protected contour along the pertinent arc. It also plots the relational station's interference contour along its pertinent arc. If you click on the "reverse contours “radio button on the "Defaults Screen" the program will also draw the relational station's protected contour and the interference contour of the reference #1 station. These additional signal contours are called” reverse contours".
