Path Setup

T3d uses several databases that must be installed on the computer. Choose "Path Setup" from the Settings Menu to setup or change path settings.

To set up the path data, enter the directory which contains the specific database in the appropriate edit boxes, or click the "Auto Scan for Paths" button to have Terrain-3D find the path to each of the databases for you (Note: This may take a minute or longer depending on the speed of your computer). For terrain data you need only supply the drive letter of the CD drive which contains the data, however if you want to manually copy the terrain data to your hard drive it must reside in a directory called "3SEC" (for example if you wanted to put the terrain on your c: drive, it must be in the "C:\3SEC" directory).
