A Conductivity program study is designed to include all measured radials for a given transmitter site.  Up to five different datasets can be specified for each azimuth.  Here is a graphical representation of the organization of a study:

At the "Radial" level each radial is associated with its own azimuth, inverse distance field, dielectric constant, and conductivities.  At the "Data" level, each data set contains the measured points and an optional "ratio" relating the data set to the Inverse Distance Field (IDF) for the radial.
