Our demo programs will demonstrate both Probe and Terrain-3D. The Probe demo is based on Probe 1.6. Probe 3 is a much more advanced version of the same program with many additional extended features. Mapping and SRTM 3 arc-second terrain databases are available for world-wide usage. Available Terrain Database Files: The Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) is a joint project between the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Data was collected using interferometry by the Space Shuttle Endeavour during February of 2000. Elevation data at a resolution of 3 arc- seconds is available for areas between 56 degrees south and 60 degrees north latitude. This area includes most of Canada, all of U.S.A., Mexico, Caribbean area islands, Central America, South America and everything in the Eastern Hemisphere, including Australia, Japan, China, South Korea, Philippines, India, the "Middle East", all of Africa and all of Europe (including England, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Italy and France.)
