V-Soft Files & Registry Report
If you are experiencing any issues with your software it can be useful to supply a report that outlines the V-Soft related files and registry entries that are on your machine. You may be asked by V-Soft support to generate this report, here is how to do it:
First, open the “V-Soft Update Program”.
| If you’ve installed any V-Soft applications on your computer, the “V-Soft Update Program” should have also been installed as a separate application. Look for the program icon on your desktop or find it on your Windows Start menu in the “V-Soft” section. |
Then navigate to the “Software Support” tab and click on the “Generate Installed V-Soft Files/Registry Report” button, shown here:

This may take a few minutes to run. When finished it will generate a text style report with details about your computer’s configuration, V-Soft software related files, and V-Soft entries in the Windows registry. This report can be saved to a file using “File” -> “Save” in the text based report window that is displayed.
